CloudFox Solutions offers:

Access to software automation tools (CRM, funnels, calendars, SMS/email, etc.).

Done-for-you setup, onboarding, and workflow automations.

Ongoing SaaS subscription services billed monthly or annually.


2. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business and contact information.

You are responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws when using our platform (including SMS/email marketing regulations).

You must not misuse, copy, resell, or exploit our services without written consent.


3. Billing & Payments

Monthly or annual subscriptions are billed automatically on your payment method on file.

One-time setup fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once onboarding begins.

Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.


4. Free Trials & Refunds

Free trials (if offered) begin immediately upon signup.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law.

Refunds for services are at the sole discretion of CloudFox Solutions.


5. Termination & Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support or through your account portal.

CloudFox Solutions reserves the right to terminate accounts for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.


6. Data & Privacy

We may collect, store, and process business and personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your customer data. CloudFox Solutions may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve services.

We use third-party vendors (e.g., Twilio, Mailgun, Google) to deliver services, subject to their terms.


7. Limitation of Liability

CloudFox Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., number of leads, revenue).

Maximum liability shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid in the last 3 months.


8. Intellectual Property

All materials, branding, and content created by CloudFox Solutions remain our intellectual property.

You are granted a limited license to use our platform during your subscription.


9. Modifications to Terms

CloudFox Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of new terms.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of California.

Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of United States.
